This Privacy Policy describes how HayatGen ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services. By using HayatGen you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service:
- Account data: name, email, hashed password.
- Billing data: payment screenshots, reference numbers, plan history (we never store full card or bank credentials).
- Generation data: the prompts you submit, the model you used, settings, and the resulting images or videos saved to your library.
- Technical data: basic logs (IP, browser, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use your information
We use your data only to:
- Deliver the generation results you request.
- Maintain your account, balance, and order history.
- Respond to support requests.
- Protect the service against fraud and abuse.
3. Third-party AI providers
To run a generation, we forward your prompt and optional reference media to the underlying AI model provider (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Kling, Black Forest Labs). Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not provide your account details to providers — only the content needed to generate the output.
4. Data retention
Your generations remain in your library for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time. We retain billing records for the period required by law (typically up to 7 years).
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share data only with the AI providers required to fulfill your generation request, and with payment processors when you place an order. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect users from harm.
6. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Prompts and outputs are stored in our secured database. Sensitive operations (account changes, purchases) require re-authentication.
7. Your rights
You may at any time:
- Access or download the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.

8. Cookies
HayatGen uses only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children
HayatGen is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
