These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HayatGen (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
HayatGen is a unified studio that provides access to multiple third-party AI image, video, and audio generation models through a single interface and a single credit balance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use HayatGen. If you create an account on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Credits & payment
- HayatGen runs on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and consumed by each generation.
- Prices are listed in USD. Credits do not expire while your account is active.
- All credit purchases are final once delivered, as our upstream AI providers charge per request.
- Failed generations (where the model returns an error before delivering output) are not charged.
5. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the prompts you submit. Subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, you also own the outputs you generate — including the right to use them commercially. HayatGen does not claim ownership over your generations.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use HayatGen to generate content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Service availability
We work to keep HayatGen available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or to address abuse.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them. HayatGen disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HayatGen's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
